r for American Studies invite you to participate in the 3rd National Fashio
n Law Congress - a unique event that is a place for the exchange of knowled
ge and discussion between fashion law enthusiasts and representatives of th
e fashion industry!
When?
The Congress will be held on Saturday,
September 13, 2025 between 9:00 and 16:00 online on the Microsoft Teams pl
atform.
The length of the Congress depends on the number of speakers. In the event of a high number of applications, we reserve the right to ext end the conference to Sunday, September 16, 2025.
WHAT is the Confere
nce about?
The main objective of the Fashion Law Congress is to discus
s the issues of fashion law in the perspective of generally applicable nati
onal law (Polish), foreign legal orders, international regulations and prac
tical aspects of running a business in the fashion industry (from marketing
, through specific employment methods, to environmental protection policies
restricting the activities of fashion companies).
The organizers of the Fashion Law Congress wish to discuss a multitude of pressing issues rel ated to the law in the fashion industry, such as licensing agreements, copy rights, trademark protection and legal aspects related to the production an d distribution of fashion products (clothing and accessories).

The above themati c areas are only examples – we strongly encourage you to go beyond them. In addition, presentations may be interdisciplinary in nature, combining vari ous fields of science.
We do not censor presentations for political o r ideological reasons. Original and unconventional presentations will alway s be appreciated by the Scientific Committee.
We accept presentations
in Polish and English.
Presentations may be based on your own or some
one else's research (review of achievements and literature), as well as tak
e the form of case studies. Presentations in the form of a poster are also
accepted.
For whom?

nts, experienced researchers, industry practitioners, as well as all other
people interested in the subject matter of the congress to actively partici
pate in the congress.
- Passive participation does not require any sci
entific qualifications.
