 cting primarily scientific activities independently and continuously) invit
 es you to participate in the National Scientific Conference "Holiday - ritu
 al - habit - tradition - rule. Interdisciplinary approach".\n➡ When?\nThe c
 onference will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 between 4:30 p.m. and 9
 :00 p.m. online on the Microsoft Teams platform.\nThe length of the confere
 nce depends on the number of speakers. In the event of a high number of app
 lications, we reserve the right to extend the conference to Saturday, Decem
 ber 20, 2025.\n➡ What is the conference about?\nThe main objective of the c
 onference is to discuss holidays, rituals, traditions, rules, and habits in
  all their dimensions.\nWe will approach this issue from the perspective of
  social sciences and humanities (law, psychology, history, religious studie
 s, political science, sociology, philosophy, international relations, econo
 mics, etc.), as well as culture and art (film, literature, music).\nWe enco
 urage you to freely choose the topic of your presentation according to your
  own interests and specialization. Presentations can be interdisciplinary, 
 combining various fields of science.\nTopics can be of both contemporary an
 d historical importance and concern all problems, regardless of their geogr
 aphical boundaries (Poland, Ukraine, Europe in general or other countries, 
 e.g. the United States, China, Brazil, Ecuador, Tunisia, Mongolia). Confere
 nce panels will be arranged according to chronological and geographical cri
 teria.\nWe believe in the freedom of academic discussion and do not censor 
 presentations for ideological or political reasons. Original and unconventi
 onal presentations will always be appreciated by the Scientific Committee.\
 nExamples of proposed thematic areas:\nCommercialization of Christmas. Hall
 oween vs. All Saints' Day.\nDeveloping good habits.\nLaw as a set of rules.
  Common law vs. statutory law.\nLegal and moral norms.\nEveryday routine an
 d rituals.\nRituals and norms of selected social groups.\nFolklore in popul
 ar and mass culture\nHolidays celebrated in selected religions (case studie
 s)\nChristmas - one holiday, many traditions\nHistorical sources of laws an
 d traditions\nThe above-mentioned thematic areas are only examples - we str
 ongly encourage you to go beyond them.\nIn addition, presentations can be i
 nterdisciplinary in nature, combining various fields of science.\nWe believ
