Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is with great pleasure that I invite you t
o participate in the 15th Anniversary International Food Allergy Symposium,
which will take place on March 27-28, 2026. Following our long-standing tr
adition, we are organizing our meeting hybridly – in-person at the Bydgos
zcz Trade and Exhibition Center and online.
I am extremely pleased th at this initiative, launched in 2012, has generated such great interest amo ng Polish allergists. The first edition of the Symposium made us realize ho w great the hunger for knowledge about food allergies is, and at the same t ime, how much we have to do to help our patients.
Since then, fourtee n editions of our Symposium have passed, but we remain convinced that more and more questions arise regarding food allergies and intolerances. Clinica l practice, scientific reports, and our everyday experience are often insuf ficient to help patients. Where can we find answers to the questions that c oncern us about food anaphylaxis, food allergy control, and proper diet? At the Food Allergy Symposium, which I have the honor and pleasure of chairin g.
Therefore, I warmly invite you to join me in deepening our knowled ge of food allergies and intolerances. In keeping with our tradition, we wi ll provide you with the highest quality presentations, expert lecturers fro m Poland and abroad, and the opportunity to discuss food allergies and into lerances.
I can already assure you that we will make every effort to ensure that our anniversary meeting is remembered fondly. I am certain that many of our Symposium participants will include those who have been with u s from the very beginning and remember our dynamic development. Over the pa st fourteen editions, we have built the Food Allergy Symposium brand as one of the most important allergy meetings in Poland – thank you for your cont ribution to this initiative.
Let's meet for the fifteenth time in Byd goszcz – let's talk about food allergies and more, and let's celebrate the beautiful anniversary of our Symposium together!
