DESCRIPTION:Ladies and Gentlemen,\nIt is with great pleasure that I invite you to parti
 cipate in the 15th Anniversary International Food Allergy Symposium, which 
 will take place on March 27-28, 2026. Following our long-standing tradition
 , we are organizing our meeting hybridly – ​​in-person at the Bydgoszcz Tra
 de and Exhibition Center and online.\nI am extremely pleased that this init
 iative, launched in 2012, has generated such great interest among Polish al
 lergists. The first edition of the Symposium made us realize how great the 
 hunger for knowledge about food allergies is, and at the same time, how muc
 h we have to do to help our patients.\nSince then, fourteen editions of our
  Symposium have passed, but we remain convinced that more and more question
 s arise regarding food allergies and intolerances. Clinical practice, scien
 tific reports, and our everyday experience are often insufficient to help p
 atients. Where can we find answers to the questions that concern us about f
 ood anaphylaxis, food allergy control, and proper diet? At the Food Allergy
  Symposium, which I have the honor and pleasure of chairing.\nTherefore, I 
 warmly invite you to join me in deepening our knowledge of food allergies a
 nd intolerances. In keeping with our tradition, we will provide you with th
 e highest quality presentations, expert lecturers from Poland and abroad, a
 nd the opportunity to discuss food allergies and intolerances.\nI can alrea
 dy assure you that we will make every effort to ensure that our anniversary
  meeting is remembered fondly. I am certain that many of our Symposium part
 icipants will include those who have been with us from the very beginning a
 nd remember our dynamic development. Over the past fourteen editions, we ha
 ve built the Food Allergy Symposium brand as one of the most important alle
 rgy meetings in Poland – thank you for your contribution to this initiative
